LUXURY CONDO WITH A STUNNING VIEW OF MIAMI AND SOUTH BEACH!

We had a wonderful time over here. The apartment is just as advertised, everything inside was nice and clean. The building is awesome, great location, incredible view, fine amenities and very, very nice. Kristian is a very serious man, and absolutely concerned about his property and clients. I don´t hesitate in recommending him, and I would contact him again whenever I come back to Miami. It was a great value deal. Thanks

We stayed in this lovely condo from March 7 - 12. This is the best there is. The building is stunning, the unit is wonderful and the VIEW IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. The view is extra large and long, you can see the whole of Miami downtown and the bay. Kristian is very nice, the residents in the building are very nice too including the guys at the lobby.

I can't say enough about this building. I just can't wait to return .

We stayed in this condo for the Ultra Music Festival but please know that we were not the average college age crowd at the event. We just love House Music!!

The location and amenities of the building were absolutely amazing! Everyone we talked to could not believe we found something so nice, so close and so convenient to the event. You truly couldn't have asked for anything better!! We could watch the main stage festivities on the pool level without even having to walk over to the event so we were able to break up our day!! The pool and workout facilities are very nice and much better than any hotel in the area.

The condo was very well taken care of and very clean. The unit includes high-end furnishings as well as a full kitchen with all the bells an whistels which was an added bonus that made it feel like home. The condo had lots of common space and was great for the two couples that shared the unit during our stay. We enjoyed the huge balcony and spacious living area to entertain before we went over to Ultra. The kitchen had the basics for our 3 day stay - we did purchase a coffee pot, a few extra towels and wash clothes as these were not abundant in the unit. Great news is there are shop for these types of things in the same block.

I would say it was stocked like a timeshare unit so there are some things you need to bring along including: kitchen soap, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. This is good to know beforehand and we were well prepared when we got there.

There are many restaurants, clubs, shops, drugstores, liquor store, etc within walking distance. So we never felt like anything was too far away. South Beach is a short cab ride away, although it was a little difficult when the roads were closed for Ultra, during the normal traffic schedule, it is super easy to get there.

The owner was really great and very accommodating, he met us in the lobby, helped us park in the designated spot, showed us around the building and quickly dealt with a couple of housekeeping items as soon as we arrived.

Overall our stay was amazing and we couldn't have asked for anything more convenient for the event. I would also suggest this location if you have anything going on at American Airlines Arena, the Opera House, Performing Arts Center, etc. Everything is very close and convenient!
