This newly remodeled and completely refurnished single family home is now available for seasonal rental on the west coast of Florida. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Tyrone/Park Street area of St. Petersburg, this home features a Queen master suite w bath, and new linens and decor that will certainly impress! Freshly painted and tiled, this home is in model condition. Tastefully decorated, this home is complete with a full queen master bedroom with bath and large closet, a second full sized bedroom with closet, and a guest/hall full bath. Full size washer & dryer on site. The home features an extra large living area for entertaining and relaxing with cable tv and includes wireless internet service. A separate dining area and large kitchen fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The house also has a covered outdoor patio area for additional leisure and entertaining space and a private 2-car driveway.

Within minutes of this home are the Pinellas bike trail for walking, running, or biking. Also within minutes is a Wal-Mart, Target, Ross, Total Wine, and the Tyrone Center Shopping Mall. Many restaurants nearby include Outback, Carrabas, Steak & Shake, and many other non-chain dining options. This home is only a 10 minute drive to Madeira Beach, and is a quick drive to Reddington, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island, and St. Pete Beaches, and John's Pass.

We very much enjoyed our stay while visiting St. Petersburg. Very nice place with all the comforts of home. House was clean, bed linens and bath towels supplied, lots of room, very comfortable beds, nice kitchen/dining area, ceramic tile throughout, and enough space for two couples to stay comfortably. Great location, close to shopping, minutes from beach, any kind of restaurants imaginable, sightseeing, sports venues, Pinellas Trail, and Seminole Hard Rock Casino; located in a safe, quiet, and secluded neighborhood. Off street parking, laundry facilities, and a private- covered patio, and cable TV, a plus.
I would love to be able to spend my winters in a place like this!

My family stayed at this house earlier this summer. We will definately be returning to this property if it is available next year! The entire house was so clean, and everything was fresh and new. I liked the fact that there were two full bathrooms...that was quite convenient with 2 adults and 2 kids. It is a quick drive to several differnt beaches, shopping, dining, etc. The pictures on the website don't do it justice...it is even prettier and more spacious than it looks. The closets are larger than mine at home, it is located in a nice neighborhood, and the people you talk to about renting it are so pleasant and easy to talk to.
I would definately recommend this property to any couple or family.
