The Sunshine Villa is presented for your special vacation needs by Ellie and Ollie Lybeck of Decorah Iowa. It is managed locally by Autumn Creek Management.

Welcome to a piece of paradise in the heart of Florida just minutes from the Walt Disney World theme parks. The Sunshine Villa at Indian Creek in Kissimmee. This comfortable and spacious vacation home can accommodate a family or group of eight! Two master suites with adjoining private baths and two additional bedrooms give this home comfort and space.

The home features spacious bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, a great family room, and a gameroom. A special amenity in the family room is a Wii game console with free unlimited Net Flix movies! For avid TV watchers, there is also a cable system recorder (like TIVO) to record your special movies or series for watching at your leisure after fun-filled days at the parks.

Each bedroom has a television set with standard cable viewing. The living room has a 42 inch LCD HD television as well as a DVD/VCR player for watching movies. A Wii console with a paid subscription to unlimited Netflix movies provides entertainment for the whole family! Cable service includes DVR capability so guests may record their favorite shows while they are out having fun then watch them whenever they get home!

The Sunshine Villa combines the southern hospitality of Florida at the mid-western values of Iowa to bring you the best vacation home value near the Disney resort!

The home features the following:

Two Master Suites with private baths

Two additional family bedrooms with a third shared bathroom.

A spacious and well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need.

A refreshing private pool in which to swim and enjoy the sun. Solar heat is provided year-round for your enjoyment of the pool. There are times when the solar heat cannot keep the pool at a temperature that is comfortable for your tastes. In that case, supplemental gas heat is available at a charge of $15 per day beyond the normal rental charge. This will certainly help raise the temperature of the pool. However, there are times when that might still not meet your expectations because of weather conditions. Keeping the pool cover on the pool whenever it is not in use will help maximize the warmth of the water.

Grandson loved the pool in October

This is a great value. The solar heated pool saved us money on pool heat and my 6 yr old grandson loved being able to swim late at night after we returned from the parks. Home is clean, quiet/private, and well supplied with linens and things. This was my grandson's first visit to Disney, and the backway entrance to World parks was easy and less than 5 mi. away. My son enjoyed the game room and the rental management attended to things promptly. We stayed here for 8 days in October 2012.

We had a great time. This home is very well equiped. It was so awesome to come back from a long day at the park(s) and relax in the pool. And there were plenty of towels. We never had to do the laundry. My brother and his wife joined us for an evening and there was more than enough room for the 6 of us. The welcome basket is a nice touch. It really helped.
And I must mention the quality service from Bob Hazzard at Autmn Creek Management. He was very quick to respond to all emails or concerns I had.

Wonderful Family Get-Away!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the New England Villa - the home is lovely with fantastic amenities. We have 2 toddlers and they loved the pool and easy access to Disney World. There is a great playground a few blocks down the road and we loved the welcome basket with goodies when we arrived. My husband enjoyed the big screen TV - great for relaxing after a day in the parks. Restaurants were close by and the kitchen was perfectly appointed. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Florida. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
