Our villa is within easy access via a short drive to the theme parks at Disney, Universal & Seaworld.. The local shopping malls are also within a simple drive. For beaches you have a choice of to the East & West. To the east you will find Cape Canarveral and the home of the American space program. Watch in awe as a shuttle takes off. To the West lies the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of golden beaches which witness glorious sunsets day after day. The vibrant city of Tampa Bay hosts cultural and musical concerts. For sports fans of American Football it is also home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On the outskirts of Tampa lies Busch Gardens where nature meets the roller coaster. For the nature lover marvel at creatures close up, enjoy their feeding time and play antics. Why Florida ?: Florida is the world renowned FUNSHINE capital. Glorious weather coupled with the greatest theme parks make this a truly magical destination. From the tiny tots meeting their Disney friends to the older ones just chilling and enjoyed the relaxed way of life, you will find a true international welcome with everyone having one common goal - to have FUN FUN FUN !.

Shopping: Those shopaholics will be in seventh heaven with the vast array of shopping opportunities on offer. From designer shops to discount brand outlets it will be so hard to resist making that 'bargain' purchase. May we share a few tips with you. Firstly don't forget to purchase that extra suitcase when you are here - you are sure to need it to pack in all those bargain buys. Secondly remind the wife she has only 1 pair of feet and ask 'do you really need more shoes??......'. Thirdly don't forget to duck when she tries to slap you for the last remark you made. The strength of the UK £ presently almost halves the ticketed $ purchase price, so do take full advantage.

Dining: From fast food outlets to full top class dining facilities, you will not be disappointed or go hungry. Please be aware that the US portions are large and when eating as a family sometimes asking for that extra plate and sharing a portion can save on unwanted waste and money.

Golf: Our home is located within easy driving distance of some of the world best golf courses. Just a 2 minute drive away is the Champions Gate Golf complex. Boasting 18 holes of championship quality and hosting a David Leadbetter School of excellence, you will be hard pressed to find a better facility. Other courses close by include Highland Reserve Golf & Country Club, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, Ridgewood Lakes, Diamond Back, Celebration Golf, Mystic Dunes, Legends, Hunters Creek and Kissimmee Oaks. Most course will offer the facility to hire clubs, please contact them to confirm. From the novice to the seasoned amateur, a combination of excellent hospitality, fabulous locations and fantastic weather, will make reflection at the 19th hole even more pleasurable.

Honeymoon Stay July 2009.....

Everything was perfect. From the size of the property (easily big enough for 8-10 people), to the location and layout. It was great to go back to such a quiet house after the hustle and bustle of the parks, and only 10-15 minutes drive away on toll-free Freeway too... perfect.

The price was a bonus too. Why pay a lot more to stay in a Disney Resort 'Travelodge' room when you can have the luxury of a large villa with all the added amenities?

Grant & Beth made the experience easy and enjoyable by being available at every step of the process, with fast responses to any questions asked. This visit was actually our Honeymoon, and we were pleasantly suprised to be greeted with flowers and chocolates on our arrival!
Thanks again to Grant & Beth for going the extra mile, we'll definately be back in the future.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. Everything was just perfect. The evenings spent overlooking the lake were truly magical. Watching the hot air balloons in the early morning was wonderful too.

I would love to come back and stay again as it was in such an excellent position.

Sunny Daze is a spacious and well presented villa. Clear directions to the property are provided (on previous holidays it proved a nightmare locating the villas as directions were not clear) and the location is excellent as it is midway for many attractions (theme parks & bright lights but also for wildlife fans there are many lakes etc nearby - Airboat ride with Captain Carl on Lake Kissimme was great, very informative and much wildlife seen, also wildlife on the doorstep as the villa backs on to a conservation area).

Grant was extremely helpful when asked any questions and the description of the villa is very accurate. The property was immaculately clean upon our arrival.

I would recommend this villa to family or friends whether old or young.

Sunny daze is an wonderful oasis of calm, where you can recharge your life whilst enjoying the Orlando experience.
Its location gives you the option of quite rest with the family fun benefits of the theme parks
The house is large and spacious with everything you need for a stress free holiday. The washing machine and dishwasher eased the experience
We loved the pool for a dip each morning and the balcony for sun, coffee and a read

Florida Wedding & Stay at Sunny Daze June 2009

We had an absolutely fabulous time at your wonderfully spacious villa - so good we really didnt want to come home! The time just flew by and even though it was 24 full days it seemed to pass in the blink of an eye!

The villa is extremely spacious, airy and light. We didnt use the living area to the left as you walk in the door, at all so some of the space felt a little wasted but there was plenty of space in other areas so it isnt really needed anyway. The pool area is great with a fab outlook and setting. The pool was very warm everyday as you said it would be and we have certainly used the pool more often that we have in other villas just because it was a great temperature and a lovely setting. We have felt quite hemmed in at other villas with regard to the pool area so it was lovely to overlook the conservation area with all the wildlife that frequent it!!!

The weather was great, the wedding was perfect and we had an absolutely fantastic time. We all have the major holiday blues since coming back.

We would love to stay at your villa again sometime - and hopefully sometime soon!!! Your villa will always have a very special place in our memories due to the wedding and I cant really think of anywhere better to have spent it so we cant thank you enough.

It has been great dealing with you and your villa and we really cant wait to return so we will be in touch!
