3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath. Sleeps 6-8

Walk two minutes to gorgeous private bay beach or relax at home by your sun drenched pool in this perfect summer getaway located in the exclusive Lion Head section off Three Mile Harbor.

All the main rooms have an open, airy flow for easy living or entertaining. The double height living room, separate dining room, large family room/ kitchen have french doors to the outside pool and terraces. A full bath, large laundry room/mud room completes the first floor and has direct access to the garage.

Up the floating staircase is a private master bedroom with ensuite bath, two additional pool facing bedrooms, linen closet and full bath. In the windowed, newly finished basement, there ia a 55' flat screen tv, sitting area, sleeping area and bath.

Grounds are private, flat and grassy for family fun, fully fenced and there are three separate seating and dining areas around the pool and built in weber gas grille. Ten minute drive to great restaurants, shopping and ocean beaches!

This was a perfect summer rental. The house is impeccable, beds are super comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the amenities such as the pool and grill was great! This was a perfect summer rental. The house is impeccable, beds are super comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the amenities such as the pool and grill was great! An amazing rental!

We rented this house for the month of August and could not have been happier with our choice! It was one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed in. It came with every amenity imaginable -- a heated pool, a great kitchen with every cooking utensil you could want, a bbq, pool toys, even a wine refrigerator. The area is quiet and steps from the beach and convenient to East Hampton village, Amagansett and Montauk. The house is immaculately taken care of and very comfortable to be in. After just a few hours of being there, it felt like home! The owner could not have been better to deal with - everything was very correct and it was very easy to do business with her. She took care of everything from arranging the cleaning to the weekly maintenance and all we had to do was pay the bill. It was a real pleasure to rent from her. She values her home and it shows. We had a great summer!
