The property is located by the sea (Blue Beach) on the southern coast of paradise, 100 meters from the famous Palhoça Marcelo, where delicious snacks are sold, and 10 minutes drive from the city center Pitimbu, where they are supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy and a whole infrastructure to support the tourists. Beach and calm waters ideal for swimming, with a beautiful landscape. You can perform free dives to 2 Km South Beach, just hire a boatman to take. Tourists usually also enjoy fishing. The Craft Pitimbu that stands out is the confection of articles in shells and bamboo. In the city, held every year the traditional "Lobster Festival" which attracts thousands of people.
