Upon request we can provide (at no charge) the following items for use during your stay: bikes, a wagon, cooler, sports equipment (golf, tennis, baseball, basketball, football, frisbees, life jackets, beach toys, roller blades), crib, highchair, stroller.
Golf cart, water craft and other rentals are available locally - upon request such items can be at the home upon your arrival. If you choose to rent a boat for any portion of your stay (ski, fishing or pontoon), a slip is available for your use at the Hayden Marina. You also get 15% off a boat rental for renting through Chalet Amaro.
If you have special requests such as pre-grocery shopping, special occasion items (flowers, cake) , baby items, toys for children, daily cleaning, chef services, reservations or tickets to local venues or other services just ask. There is no charge for such services other than the actual cost.
The chalet is on the Hayden Lake Country Club golf course (private) and within fifteen minutes of three other courses including the famous Coeur d' Alene Resort course and the Circling Raven course.
It is within walking distance of Hayden Lake, and driving distance of numerous other amazing lakes and rivers including Lake Coeur d' Alene and the Spokane River.
There are four ski resorts within an hour of the property, including Schweitzer, Lookout, 49 Degrees, and Mount Spokane.
Silverwood Theme Park is only fifteen minutes away, and Triple Play Family Fun Park is only five minutes away. Miles of bike trails are within a few minutes, and the famous Hiawatha bike trail is within an hour (goes through mile long tunnels and over trestles hundreds of feet high with amazing scenery).
Numerous theaters (movie and live), parks, museums and shopping nearby. Take a mining tour (gold and silver), follow the trail of Lewis and Clark, or see where the last stoplight on I90-was! Tennis, basketball, bowling and many city parks within a few minutes. Spokane is one half hour away, and offers large city shopping and events.
