We purchased this trailer to spend time together as a family.
As a technology consultant to small businesses, leisure time is precious. RVing gets us away from the daily routine and let's us spend 'quality time' together.
The Lacrosse 318BHS is unique in that it has a higher quality of trim in a family style 'bunkhouse' trailer.
Honestly, camping in the Lacrosse isn't really camping. It's more like a lake house on wheels. We move it out to one of our wonderful state or federal parks, hook it up to electricity and water, and go fishing or swimming.
If we want to socialize we visit a commercial RV park with other kids. If we want some solitude we choose a park that is more rustic.
Regardless of our choice, we have a cool, clean place to sleep, shower, etc. A full kitchen to cook in and a dining area to eat in (when we don't want to picnic outdoors).
The Lacrosse is a 'bunkhouse' configuration. This means you have a queen size sleeping area in front (with doors) and a rear bedroom with 3 bunks and a sleeping pad for the floor. This has an accordion door for privacy.
The bunkhouse also features a writing desk, toy bin, 26' TV/DVD and storage for clothes/linens.
The living area has a fold-out couch with air mattress and the dining area seats 4 adults. A 4 speaker stereo and Hi Def television with DVD player makes for a comfortable area to end the day.
The unique 'Outdoor Kitchen' let's you cook breakfast in the great outdoors, so you can enjoy your guests while making them feel at home. A second refrigerator gives you extra cold storage space for your trip.
