Cedar Fairways is a new spacious fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with large private pool, situated within the prestigious community of Heritage Harbour, Bradenton close to Sarasota. Easily located 5 minutes off Interstate 75 exit 220. Our home is well appointed and very welcoming; Cedar Fairways is not your average rental propery. We have furnished our home with brand new furnishings throughout, to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment for our guests. Comprising of an entrance foyer leading on to a relaxing living room and dining area. A large well appointed breakfast kitchen with a host of modern appliances, ample crockery and cutlery to suit your every need. A comfortable family room offers you cable TV, DVD and Video. The utility area houses a large load washing machine, dryer and tub sink. The large master bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, deep corner bath, twin vanity basins and separate toilet.

My husband and I have visited Bradenton a number of times in the last few years and this is the nicest villa we've stayed in. It's clean, well-equipped, private and ideally situated in a peaceful, safe location. It's an ideal base for seeing the gulf coast and somewhere we would definitely stay again.

Our family of four had the priviledge of staying at this beautiful villa for two weeks in August 08. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and provided all the amenities of home and some. It is very clean and extremely spacious. Its' close proximity to the gorgeous Gulf beaches, shopping, Tampa and Orlando made it that much more enjoyable. The kids loved the beaufitul swimming pool (and so did we). It was a pleasure to deal with this property owner; we would recommend this property to anyone. Hope to be back in the coming year!

I would definitely recommend this villa. The property is very well maintained and is situated in a safe and secure gated community. There were activities on site for small children and scenic walks for adults. The pool area is beautiful and has a lovely quiet outlook.The area was great for shopping and visiting the beaches. Hope to be back soon!
