We thought this unit was great! The penthouse had the most amazing view. You are practically surrounded by water and I've never seen a bigger balcony. The pictures don't do it justice. There are like 3 separate seating areas just on the patio. It was a thatch covered balcony which was great for getting out of the sun in the afternoon.
Everything was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed, even some extra helpful things like tupperware and plastic bags.
Having two bathrooms was especially nice. Towels and things could use updating but were fine.
The owner was very helpful and friendly, even giving my husband advice on where he could track down a guitar to play while on vacation.
FYI: My mother-in-law complained a lot about all the stairs you need to take to get to the penthouse, but it wasn't a big deal for us younger folk. In my opinion, the view, breeze, and privacy more than make up for the stairs.
