Small space close to beach

Stayed in this studio apartment while my husband was in Charleston on a business trip.
Location - the apartment is close walking distance (a few blocks) from the beach access. It is in the same building as the island's only grocery store- so thats really nice for picking up snacks. Folly has some pretty tasty restaurants and fun bars which are mostly located on Center street which is also a short walk to the apartment.
View - a fence, don't stay here if you are looking for ocean views.
Inside features - small refrigerator, coffee maker (bring your own coffee), the bed was small (maybe only a full?), shower creates only about 10 minutes of hot water (keep that in mind because its not fun to rinse off soap with freezing cold water), tub was clean but with minimal hot water (I was only able to fill it 3/4 of the way before the hot water ran out), the heat worked well, the ceiling is low in the bathroom which was kind of annoying for a tall person like myself
Owner Interaction - Seemed like pleasant people, easy to contact (Julia was my main contact person), but they gave me minimal direction when it came to apartment/rental functions. Rentals I have stayed at in the past left an "apartment guide" that discussed check in/out procedures, general working of appliances/tv, recommended restaurants etc. but there was no guide at this apartment so I just had to figure things out.
Cleanliness - In general, the apartment was clean but there were at least 10 dead flies/bugs on the ground near the door and window when I arrived. Modern decor.
- If I should return to Folly Beach in the future, I would not stay here again. Folly is FULL of vacation rentals and I'm sure I could find something with a better view or a bigger living space.
