Great location: 3 blocks from Lincoln Road (clubs, restaurants, bars and stores), 5 blocks from the BEACH and Ocean Drive (ONLY 7 minutes by walk), 2 Blocks from Espanola Way (latine's restaurants and bars), 2 blocks from Washington Avenue (restaurants, bars and groceries), 2 blocks from Alton Road (groceries and restaurants).

It is located just in front of Flamingo Park with soccer field, tennis court, basketball field, baseball field, pool. Walking distance of restaurants, clubs, stores, bars, cinema and groceries!!!
