Incredible Condo- Perfect Location

My fiance and I stayed in this lovely condo for a short trip to Cancun. The photos of the condo simply do not do it justice.
Upon arrival, you are greeted at the entrance of the gated parking lot by a security guard who will escort you to your parking spot. After a short stroll by the pool, you arrive in the lobby, where you are given your key, and A/C and TV remotes. You then proceed to the seventh floor where your condo awaits.
The condo was clearly renovated very recently with a modern style. All of the appliances and fixtures are brand new, and the sleek, modern look is continued throughout the condo. The refrigerator is connected to a 5-gallon clean water source, so the ice and chilled water are ready-to-drink (we loved this). The bed is very comfortable, and there is a second fold-away bed should you need one. There is tons of closet space and storage, and the full kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. The best part of the condo, by far, is the view. We sat on the glass balcony for hours, watching the surfers below. The sunrise from the balcony is unbelievable.
The location of the condo is ideal. It is across the street from tons of shopping and the largest Starbucks I have ever seen. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and Coco Bongo and other world-famous clubs are literally across the street. The beach is gorgeous and is very easily-accessible from the condo.
The owner of the condo is extremely helpful and attentive. Payment was very easy and secure.
All-in-all, I don't think you could find a better value anywhere in Cancun. If you're looking for a well-designed, new, modern condo for a vacation in Cancun, look no further. You simply won't find a better deal.
