A charming cottage with access to Long Pond, centrally located to all the amenities that Mount Desert Island has to offer. Goodwood Cottage has a lovely gourmet kitchen with large windows in every room of the cottage to bring the outside in. Beautifully landscaped and private. Lots of attention to fine details. Located near Long Pond, this home has deeded access to a semi private, small beach area(water photo)off the Kimball Road, which is about 2/10 mile across the street from the house.

Layout:1st Floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath, wrap around deck.

2nd Floor: Master bedroom w/ queen bed and a private balcony; bath w/shower, bedroom with twin.

3rd Floor: Spiral staircase to loft w/queen . Ground Floor: Finished walk-out basement with laundry, queen bed, bath with shower, and a separate entrance.

Pets are not allowed.
