6 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathroom, sleeps 10-20

It is really 'dream home' with a wonderful private heated indoor 14m long swimming pool + 6 person hot tube, and sauna (Finn and infra) in an 'country style' with several woods, and a wonderful view to the town. You can peaceful relax or can make a celebration here. The house is perfect for groups, nobody is nearby who can disturb, you can dance and laugh all night. You can make a birthday party, stag party or a card game evening with friends in this wonderful and rather pretty city. If you want travel and live with your friend or your family together, this is a very safe and children care place with several toys, and experience of private swimming pool, and the big and nice garden with playground. We have a separate place for dogs 20m2.

At Wellness level is a heated (27C) swimming pool 4*14,5m, hot tube(34C), and sauna (infra/finn), shower, toilet, with door to the garden, garage for 2 cars and laundry. We have on 1st floor living room, dining room (table for 10-20) and the big full equipped kitchen with a terrace (barbecue),and a big extra room, what you can use as a sleeping room (opened sofa and extra guest beds),or meeting room or dancing room. On 2nd floor we have 3 bigger air-conditioned double bed rooms with bathrooms (optionally with guest bed for 3 person) and balcony, 2 double bed rooms without bathroom. See my layouts and photos!

Breakfast and dinner service is available, grill party, sandwiches, wine tasting, cocktails.

We can help organisation events, programs, tours, trabant rally, gun shooting etc.

Airport and city minibus is available to 20 person.

Hello! I am Eniko Sánta, your landlady. I work as an architect in a firm, and manage properties is Budapest to let for holiday rental with my family. My best point is my helpful behaviour, and I am believe, I can help you in everything to make your holiday unforgettable. My husband is a chef, so he can help us if you would like a fine breakfast, or a delicious dinner, my daughter and his friend is a bar-mixer, she knows the best cocktails for you. I was fall in love to this territory, when I saw first time, the panorama is wonderful, really. I built here a house, and we was living here with my big family for 8 years, but now my older children are gowned up, and we choose a smaller house to live, and we let our Dream Home to guest for Holiday.

Our guests can feel a home-style atmosphere, and as I see really relax in our villa, enjoy the 480m2 house any point. You can make a grill stake in evening, sit on a terrace and see the town, laugh with friends near bar, or enjoy the jacuzzi bubbles as it would be your own home :-)

great place for a big groups

When we arrived the owners were waiting for us in the door. It was really good, a plenty room, huge garden, wonderful wellness. We were 14 people and we came here to steg party. We booked a limusine and went to a big club in the centre. It was perfect night with the guys.
I recommed the villa for everybody who wants to have a nice stay in a luxury Villa for a the best price in Budapest. Thanks a lot to Eniko,who helped for us in everything!

Graduation meeting

I was with my former classmates in the Villa, and we had a very good days :). There was a big garden, where we could play table-tennis, and a big fanatastic swimmingpool with jacuzzi and sauna, we spent a lot of time in the wellness. We asked a dinner for one night, and I think that was the best, what I ate in Budapest. The chef was very kind, he cooked us traditional Hungarian dishes, and he told us everything about that. The owner, Eniko is a very kind lady,she helped us everything, we could see Budapest with minibus, we found a lot of clubs in the city center...etc. If we go back to Budapest any time, we will choose this beautiful amazing place. Thank you again!

Fantastic Villa

Excellent villa, we stayed there a weekend and fully enjoyed the place.

The people hosting the property were extremely friendly and also excellent cooks - we had asked for a three course dinner on the night of our arrival to taste local Hungarian food and it was the best meal we ate during the entire weekend besting all the restaurants we went to. The pool and the jacuzzi also surpassed our expectations, even more impressive than the pics show.

If we are again in budapest we will definitely stay there next time as well.

Perfect setting

Oh my goodness! Truly a perfect setting~

The villa is located in a suburban area, quiet and lovely overlooking Budapest. Yet only a few minutes taxi ride away from city center.

It is well equipped with many items to please your entire party (ping pong, foosball, swingset, lounge chairs, pool, Jacuzzi, Steam/sauna, on-demand espresso machine etc. etc. etc.) 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

I would not hesitate to stay here again. We also arranged for the private chef to prepare our party dinner on the last night - it was one of the best highlights of our trip!

Amazing venue and excellent service

We had a fantastic family event in the Villa. All our guests were absolutely amazed with both the location and the facilities, it has just such an impressive atmosphere. We ordered food and drink and we got the most excellent service, very yummy dishes and superb waiters which were always ready to help. I can only recommend the Villa to everyone, truly it was an amazing experience and I wish I could return..
