Additional information about rental rates

  • The rent quoted is for both the house and apartment and the rent is secured against a 40 percent deposit at the time that the booking is confirmed against a Visa or Mastercard credit card, a 2 percent processing fee is applicable. Alternatively an IBAN/BIC transfer may be made either in euros to a Spanish bank account or to a UK bank account in Sterling. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the booked first day and will be charged to the credit card or the IBAN/BIC transfer is required by this date.

    RENTALS are from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed otherwise and for a minimum 7 night (i.e. 1 week) stay or multiple thereof.
  • The villa is self-catering but is fully supplied with bed-linens and towels for the bathrooms. There is a weekly or end of stay maid service including change of towels and bed linens.
    Minimum stay 7 nights (1 week) unless other term agreed.
    Additional cleans and linen changes can be provided subject to agreement and extra charge.
  • At the time of check-in, which is at the Hotel Liberty, Calle Isla de Cuba 45 close to the railway station and new municipal market a manual credit card voucher will be required which is held as a 'precaution'/safety deposit against damages and losses. Or a refundable 'caution' deposit can be charged which after a property inspection will be refunded (or the card slip destroyed) to a credit card.

Stylish villa with unrepeatable views over Sitges offering some of the best quality accommodation in the area which previous guests often remark is not done justice from the website and should and would be strongly recommended.

Modern well built and appointed house plus separate apartment.

The villa is fully furnished and provided with bed-linens and towels. The rates for weekly occupancy are set out and include the cost of a final check-out clean to prepare for the next guest. However we do ask that guests leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Spare linens and towels will be provided and amongst the electro-domestic machinery is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwashers for your use. Minimum stay is one week and this generally operates from Saturday to Saturday. Additional days may be quoted. If your booked stay is for 2 or more weeks there will be an interim clean after the first week and a change of bed-linens and towels. Terms of booking are with a 40percent deposit at the time of reserving, against a Visa or Mastercard credit card. The balance of the due monies will be charged 8 weeks before your arrival date. At the time of check-in you will be asked to provide your credit card and sign a manual credit card slip.

Golf: There are several courses around Sitges within a 40 minute drive and some excellent Pitch & Putt course of 18 holes with Par 3 holes - great for improving the short game and excellent value with green fees of euros12 to 20.

Just a brief note to say a big thankyou for what has been the best holiday home stay ever, even with several years of renting property in the US.
Everything wanted was there and more!
Views wonderful. Air-conditioning quiet and efficient and essential in a Sitges Summer.
Service and efficiency of owners is first class and obviously they take a pride in their property and how guests enjoy their stay.
