Situated only 2 kilometres from the famous wine town Castellina in Chianti with shopping facilities and restaurants its starting point for other famous sites such as Florence, Siena, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, as well as San Gimignano, Lucca, Pistoia, Arezzo. Even Cortona, Perugia or Pisa are fast to reach; day trips by train or car to Rome, Milano or Venice no problem!. In this small family style hamlet our sophisticated guests will find nature, silence, sun, good food (cookery courses, fantastic wines) and an air of relaxation. All houses are surrounded by extended well cared gardens with hundreds of flowers, pots with lemon and orange trees, a children's playground and a large swimming pool (11x5,5m).

Typical Tuscan farm house of local quarry stone, renovated 12years ago maintaining the typical flair with 300 year old beam-ceilings, cotto-tiled floors, original open fireplace and walls hand painted with warm, relaxing colours. 170 square meters living space divide on 1st & 2nd floor levels as follows: 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite shower and 1with en-suite bathtub/water closet; sleeping a total of 11 (12) persons (2 queen-size double, 1 three singles, 2 king-size double, 1 single sleeping couch, fully quipped kitchen with pantry, airy dinning room , also a small summer kitchen with direct access to the unique spectacular roof terrace with breathtaking views. Take your aperitivo up front or meet for al-fresco dining on your personal large terrace with its passion-fruit-covered loggia overlooking the large community swimming pool that you share with few other guests (5,5x11x1,50m and 2x3m)
