Located in the most desirable area of Nevis referred to as the 'Gold Coast' on exclusive Ridge Road, this romantic getaway is nestled on the hill approximately 200 feet above sea level. Imagine relaxing around the 30-foot lap pool or lounging in the hammock and enjoying the sparkle of the Caribbean waters and the spectacular views over the narrows to the sister island of St. Kitt's at sunset while awaiting the famous 'green flash' before dining al fresco in a fully screened porch. The views from the villa bedrooms, screened in porch and pool deck are some of the most spectacular views on the island.
The villa is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and is tastefully furnished with antique wicker, pine furniture and original art. Each of the two bedrooms is privately located at either end of the villa with their own private en-suite baths. One bedroom has a one king-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed.
Round Hill Villa alone is ideal for two couples or a family with children who can swim. There is also a small 'teenager' bedroom in the basement with a double bed, 2-piece bath and outside shower.
Round Hill Villa is ideally located within 1 mile radius of 5 beaches on Nevis and some of the finest restaurants on the island, ranging from the more casual Gallipot and Sunshine’s restaurant, to the more formal dining that can be enjoyed at the Marshall’s Restaurant or Nisbet Plantation located just minutes away by car. It's only a 3- minute walk down the hill from the house to the beach and all the best water sports facilities on the island. It's a 5-minute drive to the airport, 8 minutes to the Four Season's 18-hole golf course, and a 10-minute drive to town. Round Hill is located within a 1 mile radius of 5 beaches on Nevis.
We also have a self contained studio cottage available that is accessed by a separate driveway and privately situated below the Villa with the same spectacular views. For more information on the cottage, please contact the owner.
Whether you are looking for a romantic honeymoon and vacation getaway or a fabulous spot for a family vacation, Round Hill Villa is an amazing place to call your home away from home.
We purchased the land in this location in 1989. We had stayed over on the other side of the island in the Gingerland area, but we were looking for an area on the island that was warmer and had less rainfall. We love our location as we are up on the hill overlooking the ocean and St. Kitt's and no one will ever be able to block our view. When we look out from the porch we can't even see the roofs of the 2 houses below us. We also love the area as we can walk down to the beach for a swim in about 5 minutes... it takes a bit longer coming back up as it is uphill. We can see the sailing and kayaking activity below in Oualie Bay, but feel completely away from things up on the hill.

We have just returned from a 15 day visit to SKN, with 12 days on Nevis with our 2 children under 3 years in tow.
While in Nevis we stayed at Round Hill Cottage. Paula and Lynn could not have been more gracious and accommodating throughout our stay, going well out of their way to help make our stay smooth, comfortable and very enjoyable.
The Cottage, while physically small ( @ 420 sq ft inside) felt very spacious and is well laid out and equipped. The cottage is simply laid out and furnished but is very clean and secure and well maintained. The screened in verandah extends the living space well to the out doors with an incredible view out over Oualie Beach and Hurricane Cove and St Kitts beyond. The cottage floats on the hillside with treetops and shrubs completely surrounding it, so there are birds all day and the local monkey troop made it's way down the hillside every morning stopping off in the trees just outside the porch every morning.
While designed as a studio (shared living and BR space) for a couple, it functioned very well for us even with the 2 kids. Paula even found us a Pack & Play to help us contain our highly mobile 18 month old when no one else could. Thanks again Paula!
