Brand new fully furnished and renovated 2br apartment in Tel Aviv. The apartment is spacious (75 sqm) and especially designed to accommodate you and your family during your stay in Israel.

Feel at home in our apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, towels and linens( 400 ct.), Wash and Dryer, and a beautiful designed Bath, Central A/C. A Small terrace is available to your use. Each room has a full sized bed (two in total) and there is a single folding bed available if needed.

For your full comfort and convenience ill offer you for no extra charge a local cell phone, 2 pairs of bicycles, High speed Wifi, Full satellite TV, locals maps and much more.

The two bedroom apartment is located at 29 Zamenhoff St, walking distance to the Carmel market, Dizingoff Center and street, Rabin Sq, Bugrashov blv, Shenkin st and more. There is a supermarket right at the corner, which makes grocery shopping very convenient.

I will try to accommodate your needs such as high chair, baby crib , cell phone etc.so you can enjoy a warm and amiable stay in our apartment.

Reality Is Even Better Than The Description

This is one of those weird cases where the reality is even better than the description. The apartment is totally new, clean and in a great location. It really has a great speed internet and with a lot of local and intenational tv channels. Great shower and amenities. We had a great experience. Besides the apartment, Golan was great, he helped us a lot and gave us great recomendations for places to eat and go out to have fun. I strongly recommend this place and this host.

Golan's apartment is beautiful: clean, spacious and well located! He is an amazingly friendly and helpful host, easy to communicate with,always replies very quickly to emails, phone etc., and such a good guide to Tel Aviv - the guidance he left was invaluable! His apartment is just seconds away from local bus stops and there is a small supermarket/shop just across the street. Restaurants and bars are around the corner, and the beach is only ten minutes walk. Perfect. Thank you so much Golan for playing your part in a wonderful trip. I hope I can come again :)

Well Located and Well Maintained

This apartment is by far the best vacation rental experience I had! The apartment is practically new – very well maintained and very quiet. It looks exactly like the pictures on the website – maybe even better – unlike many other vacation rentals who turn out to be a faded reminder of their advertised appearance… Everything feels clean and smells fresh. It is stocked with all the equipment needed for an extended stay plus a washer and dryer. The location is superb – I walked to the beach in the mornings, strolled to the hottest restaurants by night, and having a parking spot in the heart of the city is priceless! Most of all, Golan made the entire experience a sheer joy with his hospitality, friendliness and helpful approach. I will definitely stay in one of Golan's apartments next time I'm in Israel!
