This site has 10 acres, has waterfalls, 2 ponds for fishing, a soccer field, volleyball court and net biribol, large whirlpool tub heated by gas, ping-pong, foosball and pool, barbecue, oven hillbilly and pizza oven, large swimming pool with solar heating and treatment with ozone pool with a delightful waterfall. It has 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and has plenty of space for recreation and parking. For parties (daytime only) 150 people for weekend 30 people. Sound should be low after 22:00. We lease not for youth groups and for evening parties. Near the center of the Gate District which has bakeries, markets, butchers, several shops and pizzerias.
