This home is located in an upscale Development called Anthem Estates in Anthem Community.

Driving to the house, you will drive through 2 tall Waterfalls, pond, grass and tree landscaped community entrance

and past Anthem Community Park wich has views of the Las Vegas Strip. Anthem is an upscale neighborhood in a hilly setting with winding curved roads.

House is walking distance to the Anthen Community park (skate park, roller hockey rink, soccer field, basketball courts, large kids playgrounds, baseball diamonds with city strip views)

Walking desert trails wind up into the hillside from accross the street from the house. Trails also have great elivated views of the city and the Las Vegas Strip.

Driveway parking and and Street parking available.

Amazing property in great neighborhood

We recently stayed here for a week and everything was as good, if not better, than the pictures show. I was part of 2 families that stayed here. We had a total of 5 boys. Home is very kid friendly. Stephan greeted us when we arrived and went through everything we needed to know about the property from the remotes to the pool features. From there, we just relaxed in the amazing backyard and enjoyed the pool and spa. The house itself was very clean and perfect for the 9 of us. Kitchen had everything you need for meals. TV & entertainment was great for quiet evenings. There's a huge park - great for kids - that's just a 5 minute walk. Absolutely no complaints. Owners checked in halfway through our stay to make sure everything was as advertised - which is was. Thanks Val & Stephan!

Our stay was one of the most wonderful experiences we've had while staying at a vacationing home. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable & make sure our stay was pleasant, fun & relaxing.

Wonderful home, attentive owners

We had a fantastic stay with our 2 kids (4 yrs and 1 yr), and their grandparents. The layout of the house is great, with the bedrooms far enough away from each other for plenty of privacy when it was desired (grandparents in the front bedroom were not disturbed at all by our toddler in the kid's room).

The home is tastefully and pleasantly decorated and it's obvious the owners take a lot of pride in it. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, even in changing our arrival time at the very last minute when we just had to get the kids dinner before meeting them at the house.

But what really makes this home the pick of the crop is the resort like pool / spa / firepits / bbq in the back. It felt completely private, and luxurious. It was really like staying at your own private hotel. Swimming in the heated pool when it was 60 degrees outside (mid February) was an absolute delight.

Anthem is also a very relaxed, peaceful, and convenient community. Everything you need from grocery to restaurants, park, etc. is very close by, yet still only 20-25 minutes in to the Strip. We were very glad to have such a relaxing place to com back to after our daily excursions.

Great Stay. We had an amazing time.

Property was awesome. Owner was there when we arrived to walk us through everything. From all of the controls for the pool and hot tub, to everything we would need during our stay in the house. Pool and hot tub are really the treasure here. Had a party of 8 with us and stayed here and it was perfect. We spent a majority of our time outside, whether swimming, relaxing or BBQing. We actually left the house so infrequently we said it was "Our most Non Vegas, Vegas trip ever." I'll definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone else. Couldn't deal with better property owners as well.

Our Halloween in Vegas was a blast!
The technology built into the house is amazing. Heated pool was great.
They even take the time to help with anything you have trouble with. The house was even stocked with soap, towels, and plenty of entertainment for all our guests.
Definitely will stay again.
