This newly remodeled bungalow is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen has upscale appliances and countertops and the pantry is stocked with essentials. The LR has a futon that turns into another bed for guests. There is also an ottoman that folds out as a twin bed. It has a flat screen TV that can be seen from the living room, the kitchen, or the outside deck. The BR has a huge closet for clothes and luggage and plenty of storage on either side of the bed for your essentials. There is also a computer station and printer. It has a large sliding door that opens to your private deck, a flat screen TV and a memory foam bed with fine linens. A washer and dryer with soap and softener are off the bathroom. The bathroom has razors, lotions, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo as well as a hair dryer, flat iron and curling iron.

Need more space? Access to larger patio area with gas grill, fridge and large upper deck for sunning or viewing available upon request.

The outside patio is completely fenced; a very private retreat, with a barbeque grill. Bicycles, towels, and boogie boards are on site.

Our Beach Blanket Bungalow is right in the center of everything, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 blocks from one of the finest beaches in Southern California, 6 blocks to downtown Ocean Beach, one of the best beach towns in California, 15-20 minutes to the harbor and the historic heart of San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park,10-20 minutes to Sea World, and surrounding beaches, as well as the Mexican border, 30 minutes to Legoland, the Del Mar racetrack, Coronado, and 90 minutes to Disneyland. Walk a mile in my flip flops and you will find grocery stores, restaurants, shops, places to gather, places to be alone, vendors, live entertainment, riding and hiking trails, all water sports from surfing, boating, skiing and kayaking, to deep sea fishing, game parks, soccer, skateboard, softball, tennis, golf, and hidden beaches. You will find enough food, fun, adventure, excitement, romance and relaxation to give you the best vacation you can possibly have in Southern California.

There is also a computer and printer station. A sliding glass door takes you out to the private patio. Turn on the bahama fan and relax with the ocean breezes. A large flat screen tv hangs on the wall for watching in the horizontal position.
