Only 20 minutes from the airport, this Riad (800m²) is enchanting. Beautiful luxurious interior (Fes bejmat floors, Italian marble, tadelakt walls, cedar woodwork…) and very comfortable (air-conditioned bedrooms with satellite TV, DVD, WiFi, mini-bar). Basement: hammam spa, fitness room in English courtyard, (wide screen, large choice of DVD). Ground floor: 2 suites with bathrooms, 2 living rooms (Moroccan and European), fireplace, garden with 36 m² patio and dome, dining room 14people, kitchen, laundry room, maid's room. First floor: 3 suites (bathrooms each, dressing, 2 fireplaces) with one master bedroom of 45m² leading to a magnificent terrace of 150m². Pavilion: 2 suites with living room, bathroom, dressing. In 1 hectare parkland: 22x12m pool, jaccuzi 6people, football pitch, beachvolley, tennis... The parkland is full of local species (olive-woods, palm, lemon and orange trees).
