Private house, three bedroom (king, queen, and full), two full baths, living room, dining room, TV room, large back and front patios, tasteful landscape, carport, pool in a fenced yard, less than one mile to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood.

You are minutes from downtown Boca near to many wonderful restaurants, Muvico theater, Town Center Mall, Boomers (children entertainment) Mizner Park (restaurants, stores, amphitheatre and galleries. Gumbo limbo for a peaceful walk, Sugar Sand Park , Morikami Museum, Children's Museum in Fort Lauderdale

Museum, Caldwell Theatre on Federal Hwy and a wonderful night life in Delray Beach.

We are 30 minutes from both Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach Airports and one hour from Miami and the famous South Beach.

There are five major hotels within a five minute walk, yet you get the value of a private home.

Hi, my name is Gilcelia, but I really don't mind to be called;Gil, Jill or Gail. In my house we are a family of four Gils. My brothers and I adopted the nickname Gil because our names are almost unpronounceable. I'm from Brazil and have been here over 20 years. I have two children and one lovely grandchild; Sofia, my daughter Graziella (31) and son Andre (21). They are the joy of my life. They both live in Florida.

This house used to be our family residence. A few years ago I remarried and moved to Asheville, NC. I did not want to sell the property because we always loved the location and the neighborhood. My husband and I use the house throughout the year for family gatherings since part of our family is there. We love to visit and spend time in Fort Lauderdale and South Beach. In Boca, my favorite area is Mizner Park with all the nice and diverse attractions. When we want to enjoy a night out, we take a ride down to Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.

What makes this house unique

My favorite thing to do when I'm in Boca is to go for a walk on the beach early in the morning. I also enjoy just being home by the pool and working in the garden.

Notes: Our house is centrally located between West Palm Beach and Ft. Luaderdale in the exclusive city of Boca Raton. The house is located in a quiet neghborhood, where people walk the streets, and kids ride their bike's in safety. There are several restaurants and a beautiful public beach within walking distance (parking also free). Here you will find life guards, surfing, fishermen, and a peaceful beach that has a shower at the entrance. Our home is a great get-away, with all the amenities you need nearby. (If you want more activities and night life, Delray is down the road.)

Let me say that the pictures are exactly what you will find at this home. The house was absolutely clean and in working order. As a single woman traveling alone I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, which is quiet and peaceful especially at night. The outdoor space was great-the pool and landscaping are quite nice. The house is in a residential area near all amenities: grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops and dining. Gil is an attentive property owner and I met both Gil and her husband when I arrived which was nice--they walked me through the house and answered any questions I had. A relaxing stay in the Florida sunshine. Looking forward to a return visit.

My cousin and I stayed here for the month of February, which was far too short a month, and my sister came down from Jacksonville for 10 days. We loved this home which was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping, beach, movies, and the town of Delray Beach. Even my hometown bank was nearby. If your looking for something other than a hotel experience with no privacy and crowds in their restaurants and poolside, this is the perfect place. My sister's poodle, Claude Monet, especially enjoyed the large fenced in yard. We found the home well-cleaned and all amenities were available and in working order. The only negative was not having basic plus extended TV channels (do not mean or need premium channels, e.g. Home Box, Show Time, Cinemax, etc.). In addition to a wonderful home and stay, the owner is repsonsive and would like everyone to have an enjoyable stay in her hacienda. I surely will return to this home next year.

We rented this house for the month of October, 2012. We could not have been more pleased with the accomodations. The house(which was very clean), pool, furnishings and location are exactly as described and pictured on this site. We spent many lazy afternoons either by the pool or the nearby beach and evenings exploring the many restaurants in the area especially the ones on Atlantic Avenue in nearby Delray. Our Poodle/Bijon mix dog especially liked dog friendly Mizner Park.
During our stay there was some minor storm damage to a section of gutter and leader at the back of the house. We notified the owner and she had someone there within 2 hours to address the damage and clean up the area.
We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to friends and family.

We were in Boca Raton in July. We really enjoyed our stay and trip and we highly recommend this place. It is in nice neighborhood and close to the beutifull beach. We will rent this place again when we travel to Boca Raton, FL next time.
