5 bedrooms, 1 open bedroom,4 bathrooms,1 personel room for 2 and bath. sleeps 10

The house is situated in an 8000 sq. meter private property, which is surrounded by a stone fence and it is comprised of 4 independent guest-houses and a smaller stone built bedroom with a bathroom next to it. . On the upper level is the central guest-house as well as the pergola and the infinity pool (14x5.5 meters). There is a sitting area around it with teak sun loungers and a BBQ.The central apartment (on the upper floor ) is approx. 75sqm with a master bedroom that has a magnifisent view, one spacious marble cover bathroom,a fully equiped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. Through an outdoor stairway, one goes to the other 3 guest houses on the second level. The central apartment is approx. 85sqm with 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a living room, one bathroom,a dining area with kitchen and a separate area with two single beds. Next to this is a smaller apartment with a sitting area, bathroom and 2 single beds. On the other side of the central guesthouse is a large suite approx. 55sqm with queen bed and bathroom as well as a sitting area.

The house faces the sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis. The South beaches are at very close proximity, around 10 minutes drive.However, one can always enjoy the pool equipped with 8 sun loungers,a double sun bed and a teak confortable sofa . The pergola is very spacious with a sitting facility for 12 persons.

There is a parking space for 5-6 cars. Twice a week the pool is maintained and we provide daily housekeeping at 4:00 p.m ..Many other services could be outsourced upon request. ( boat renting,private cook etc ).

We have recently added a smaller room for 2 people and another bathroom to be used for children or personnel.....as these are smaller than the rest.

This exclusive villa is located on a hill 300m from the sea with a breathtaking view. This area is now characterized Natura by the Greek government ,and no construction is allowed any more in order to preserve the natural beauty.It combines the quite primitive aspect of the Cyclades while being minutes away from the famous Mykonos nightclubs and restaurants!

The property was chosen among many other international prospects by Luis Vuitton for a cruise collection catalogue.

Guests enjoy the overflowing swimming pool which is totaly private and protected from the wind. Also,at the pool area one can listen to their favorite music on the outdoor stereo equipment while facing the sunset and meditate or alternatively throw a small private party!

Very close to the villa is Ftelia beach which is the best in the island for wind surfing .Another two beautiful beaches are Elia 4 km and next to it, Kalo livadi which are rated among the best. There, one could enjoy water skiing ,snorkeling as well as clubbing as a famous day bar/restaurant is operated there called Solymar.

At close range is Ano Mera village with small tavernas where one could enjoy Greek cuisine and fresh fish .

The beaches are fabilous,furnished with great tavernas,deckchairs and nice umbrellas..but one can also find the natural ones on the north side of the island,like panormos and agios sostis wich are seen by the house.

A very special place in Mykonos

I cannot explain how special our time in Mykonos was. I was worried after seeing how beautiful Santorini was that Mykonos would disappoint. I was so very wrong. Mykonos was stunning!!!

This property, located in a very quiet and secluded part of the island, provided breathtaking views of Panoramos Bay and the Aegean Sea. The nearby village of Ano Mera was positively charming. The villa, itself was incredible: the house was very tastefully decorated, the outside living spaces outstanding, the kitchen was outfitted with every possible tool a cook could want, even special soaps and luxurious bath linens were provided. The owner left no stone unturned in making us feel welcomed and cared for. This property was everything and more than promised.

We will have many fond memories. We appreciate the owners sharing their lovely home.

Amazing architecture and breathtaking view on a bay, just as on a ship. This at 10 minutes from Mykonos downtown.

An incredible 5*experience!!

A truly unforgettable experience in one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. The villa exceeded our expectations. It is located in one of the prettiest and preserved areas of the island (located in a protected area where no further developments are permitted), boasting truly stunning views of the Aegean sea.

We were greeted at the airport by the villa's owner and after a 20' drive we arrived at the villa.
The location is ideal as everything is less than a 20' drive, including Mykonos town and all beaches. The tiny charming mountain village of Ano Mera is also 5-10' away with delicious little restaurants and convenient stores as well as bakery and a couple of cafes.

The property was decorated with immaculate taste and daily housekeeping was organised. We enjoyed endless afternoons relaxing by the pool and having long lunches taking in the incredible views.

Looking forward to returning sometime very soon!
