The villa is situated in Binibeca in its own grounds with private pool facing South West with stunning sea views. It is in close proximity to a small supermarket, bars, restaurants, children’s playground, bus stop and the beautiful sandy Binibeca beach is a 10 minute walk away. The villa, which can sleep up to 6, is modern and newly furnished. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge/diner, a kitchen and large 8m x 4m pool. The villa is perfect for summer rentals with family and friends, laze around the pool, explore the lovely island, spend time on the beach or even learn to scuba dive! The villa, its pool, Binibeca, in fact the whole island of Menorca has so much to offer to make that perfect holiday.

Notes: The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances plus a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a colour TV (with free UK channels), a DVD player plus a mini hi-fi in the lounge with iPod dock. There is a weekly maid service and the private pool is also regularly cleaned and maintained. The sea can be seen from the sun terrace around the pool but the view from the large balcony is truly magnificent. A perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or night time night-cap! The balcony itself is reached from both the landing or from the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, a third bedroom is downstairs along with another bathroom. There is also wifi internet access provided free of charge.

The Area: Close by the villa, within easy walking distance, are a selection of bars, restaurants, a Spar supermarket and a bus stop where buses serve the capital Mahon. A children's playground is also very close by. The beautiful sandy beach at Binibeca is only a five minute walk away.

Binibeca: Binibeca is a beautiful area on the South East coast of Menorca with no high-rise buildings at all. The local area is very well looked after, the rubbish bins are emptied daily so everywhere is very clean. The nearest town is Sant Lluis with its famous windmill.

Fantastic villa in a lovely location!

This really is a lovely modern villa in a great location. There is an attention to detail which we have found lacking in other properties that we have stayed at in the past. It was clean and bright.

The equipment provided in the kitchen was excellent facilitating self catering, the TV had UK channels, there was a DVD player and also a radio/CD player. Outside was a gas BBQ provided at no extra charge which meant we didn't have to struggle lighting charcoal even when there was a breeze.

We enjoyed the local beach which was about a 10 minute walk away but also travelling out to other beaches around the island, Menorca was fabulous in that regard.

We would recommend Scandals Restuarant near Es Castell if you fancy a 15 minute drive but quite honestly there are plenty of good restaurants within a 15 minute walk - DP and Pedro's were our favourites.

We will be back!

We had a beautiful holiday in the fantastic, comfortable villa.
Great pool and comfortable sun loungers. The management
company were really helpful. All over the time nice holidays.

What a lovely villa in a lovely location. Binibeca and the surrounding area is very quiet and relaxing with beautiful scenery and some fabulous restaurants overlooking the sea. Villa was fantastic - comfortable, clean and safe. The children loved the pool which was never too cold! We would definitely return.

Binibeca Villa

Although we explained that my elderly mother had just had a knee replacement, and were assured that the villa was in a good spot for local amenities, I don't think it was ideal. Very hilly, and not as near to amenities as expected.

Nice property, but had a problem with ants. Think that the fridge freezer is on it's last legs. Some maintenance required re windows and door locks.

Pool was great. Also, management company were really helpful. Sorry to be a bit negative, but the villa would be great for a family with older children, and is close to the airport and Mahon for shopping etc.
Owner's Response: We find it a shame that the above guests did not find our villa fully to their
liking. Some of the comments however could be misconstrued so feel we should
comment. Most of the area of Binibeca Vell is on a gentle slope, hence there are
sea views; it is far from what can be termed "very hilly". Please take a look at
the terrain shown on Google Maps for the truth. We are aware of two other guests
that have had similar surgery to that described that have stayed at the villa
without any issue.

Unfortunately, we got to hear about the fridge/freezer issue through this
review; if the problem had been reported to our management company then it would
have been changed as soon as possible during this stay, we can assure future
guests that it has now been replaced. We have also rectified the lock problem.

We really do want our guests to be happy so if there are any issues then it is
far better to report these as soon as possible to our local management company
so that they can be addressed. By far the vast majority of our guests seem
delighted with their stay at our villa, the reviews on this web page but also
the guest book in the villa are testament to this. We do our utmost to offer a
quality home for your holiday.

As a footnote to this we have just been awarded a "Superior" category on our
official letting license. We are obviously delighted with this!

Quality Villa In Great Location

Wonderful villa, very comfortable inside. Nicely furnished with every attention to detail especially in the kitchen if you prefer to self cater. Lovely big pool and comfortable sun loungers. Strolling distance to beautiful beach with famous rustic beach bar, one or two restaurants nearby plus in the very quaint Binibeca Vell fishermens village. Several other restaurants a slightly longer walk or a short drive or taxi ride way, try the ones in Cala Torrett which are built just above the cove, lovely ambience if its warm enough to sit outside.

If you arrive late, the welcome pack will tide you over until Breakfast.

Overall lovely holiday spot for friends or family to chill in a quiet resort arrea of beautiful Menorca. We loved it!.
