Villa Sigalas is situated at the top of a hill, 200 m. (0.12 mile) from the Legrena beach.

Legrena is the first village from the world-famous ancient Temple of Poseidon, the God of the Sea, at Sounio.

Legrena is an ideal base from where you can explore the city of Athens, the Parthenon, the islands via Ferryboat from the ports of Lavrio or Rafina or via a private boat that you can rent from the nearby Olympic Marina.

The surroundings of the property are olive groves, and a few other beautiful summer houses. Located at a no-outlet street, nothing interrupts this house's tranquility and serenity.

The property consists of:

1. The main house, 305 sq. m, or 3,285 sq. feet

Villa Sigalas is ideal for two families. Option #1. The first family stays at the 1st floor: A very spacious bedroom and a very spacious family room. Both rooms share a big bathroom with tab / sauna cabin. Also, in the family room there is a Yamaha electric piano. Both areas have wall to wall glass openings to the pool / yard and enjoy an endless view to the Aegean Sea. The second family stays at the 3rd floor: The master bedroom with a big bathroom with jacuzzi tab, and the second bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The view is again the same, Aegean Sea. Option #2. Parents stay at the 3rd floor and kids stay at the first floor. Baby cribs can be added upon request at no extra cost.
