The artistic theme of this luxury Villa is based on the performing arts. The Villa Teatro is one story above the Villa Rustico—making these two villas a perfect combination for groups. With its soaring views of the Laguna Beach coastline seen from an intimate rooftop patio, you can entertain your guests on your private outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for a game of cards or watching the sunset. This luxury Villa has a unique placement above our main patio, giving it a sense of privacy and spectacular views. WiFi, flat screen TVs and a sleeper sofa are also included for your entertainment.

The Retreat in Laguna is walking distance from the downtown culture hub of Laguna Beach, and is next door to many restaurants and shops. Ralphs is conveniently located across the street. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and linens, along with many other amenities for your stay. We have partnered with many local shops and establishments to give our guests access to free appetizers, drinks, whale watching tours, and more. Our in-villa binder contains descriptions of many local attractions and available amenities. We also offer in-villa massage and spa services courtesy of Hudson Salon and Spa. About The Owner

I grew up in Southern California and have always loved being close to the water.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2010
Why The Owner chose Laguna Beach

Having grown up in Southern California, when the opportunity came to purchase an additional property as a place for friends and family to stay when they were visiting, my wife and I jumped at the chance. Orange County provides the perfect balance between activities and relaxation. Laguna Beach is known for its artistic nature, and this location is within walking distance of art galleries, fantastic restaurants and the beautiful beach. Whether you prefer keeping busy or just laying out on the deck or the beach, this location is ideal for both.

What makes this villa unique

Amazing ocean views are available here from your private deck. You can choose to spend some time on the beach, getting a massage on your own deck, taking a yoga class, or enjoying the sights and sounds of historic Laguna Beach. Grocery services are available for those who want to sit back and relax. This is an idyllic vacation home. Come on out and enjoy it!

Escape to the Retreat-

My husband and I just returned from our 8 day stay at Villa Teatro at The Retreat. We had a great vacation enjoying the property with family members who also rented villas. The private patio that we had was perfect for breakfast in the morning and cards in the afternoon. We also enjoyed the wonderful main patio for family get togethers and relaxing. The villas are loaded with first class amenities and the property staff were very responsive and helpful to any requests that we had. We are already figuring out when we will go back for our next visit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway
