Gorgeous, Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet and Clean

My husband and I were very pleased with our accommodations. The pictures and description of the unit are very accurate. The grounds and the buildings are very clean and well maintained. Even the beach is raked every morning. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We were surprised at how quiet the area was during the evening and nighttime hours. The beds are very comfortable, which made for great sleep after scuba diving and playing in the sun. We spent every morning on the balcony, watching the incredible ocean view slowly brighten as the sun rose. We saw spectacular sunsets from both the balcony and the beach. The unit is very spacious, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. It would accommodate a family very well. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the essentials, and we made good use of the purified water dispenser. It is tastefully decorated, with very nice tile work throughout. It didn't take us long to start calling it "home." We had rented a Jeep for the entire week, so it was not an issue staying away from the town. There are beach clubs and resorts within walking distance if you do not rent a vehicle, and do not want to call a taxi. If you scuba dive, the pier at the resort just north of the property can accommodate the smaller "fast" boats. The large boats cannot pick up there, though. Cozumel Island is truly a dive paradise. We saw seven sea turtles during one dive at the El Cedral reef. All of the reefs were stunning, and filled with so much marine life that we were captivated the entire time we were in the water. This will be our winter vacation spot for many years to come.
