Family friendly beachfront cottage. This home is newly renovated with modern kitchen and bath. Screen porch is just 20 feet from waters edge. Sandy beach is shallow for young swimmers and shoreline can be visible from main living area. Attached 'bunk house' has three additional bedrooms for accommodating large families. Pull out sofa and addition air bed can allow for additional 4 guest. Very private weekday rental, as other cottage owners are typically weekenders. Dock, gas grill, 2 kayaks, life jackets, fire pit and fabulous family memories await! Boat and jet ski rentals available through local retailers.

If fishing, boating, swimming and relaxing by the fire are not enough...renters can take advantage of local hikes, shopping in North Conway and the various amusements like Story Land and Santa's Village.

Bunk house, which is connected to main house with a deck, has three bedrooms, with alot of space. 'Master' has a queen and enough floor space for a full size air bed. Second bedroom has one bunk with two twin beds and a full size bed. Third bedroom in bunk house has a full size bed. All bedrooms have window fans. Masters have dressers. Main house has wood stove.

Just wanted to thank you again for sharing your home. Your cottage worked out perfect for our family. My husband and I met up with family from the cape. The place was perfect for all of us. My in laws stayed in the bunk house which slept 2 adults and their 3 kids ( ages 17 - 21) and gave them the privacy they needed. My husband, my self and then my daughter and 2 grandsons joined us in the main house for a few nights. I was a little concerned about the cottages being close, but it was very private during the week and the neighbors that where there where very nice. The lake was perfect for all too. Our 5 yr old and 2 year old grandsons loved it. It was very safe for them. The 5 yr old could walk out past the pier and learned to fish! They also have some toys for the younger ones too. The older kids went boating. We also had 2 boston terriers with us that also enjoyed the lake. First time for my puppy who didn't want to get out! I was able to get some awesome sunrise pictures. The view is incredible and the place was very clean. Spent a day at Story Land, which is close by too. Only negative is that you have to take your trash with you. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We had great weather, great view, and quiet nights. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our kids (almost 4 & almost 2) swam every day for hours. The cottage is literally feet from the water's edge and very easy for young children to wade in and swim. They were jumping off the dock into the water and even went kayaking with us! The owners leave two kayaks and several other water "toys", such as a tube, etc. My husband and I took turns kayaking while the other watched the kids, worked out great! The 4 yr old and I slept out in the bunk house, she thought it was very exciting! Wasn't so exciting when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but oh well, it was only for a short period of time. The views were amazing for sunrises. The cottage was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen and bath looked pretty new. We went to the Pizza Barn one night for dinner, had quite a wait, but it was good pizza and the kids were entertained by a jukebox. We also headed up to the Conway Scenic Railroad one day (only about 30 mins away) and had a great time. The location of the cottage is perfect for trips to the Conway/North Conway area. Or for just relaxing by the water. We would highly recommend this cottage!
