The free 'navette' bus stops right outside the door. This spacious well-equipped apartment benefits from views and balconies in all rooms and direct access to communal lawns.

It has allocated garage parking, ski locker, TV, Digibox, DVD, Wi-Fi, MP3 speakers, wash/dryer and washing-up machines, plentiful hot water and you can control the heating!

Conveniently sited for shopping and the many lively and traditional 'apres ski' activities in the village, this is ideal all year accommodation to relax in after an active day SKIING, SNOW BOARDING or WALKING, or whatever takes your fancy from the many winter and summer mountain sports available. SUMMER ALPINE WALKING and MULTIPASS:

Morzine has access to beautiful walking areas directly from the village and from a number of nearby centres. Morzine Tourist Office can provide details of routes and accompanied walks. Guide books to walks in the Haute-Savoie are provided in the apartment - but please leave for other guests to enjoy.

The Portes du Soleil Multi-Pass gives you access to leisure activities - swimming pool, tennis courts etc PLUS chair lifts for just 2 Euro a day! See Morzine's Tourist Information Site for full details.

Morzine offers direct access by fast lifts to the pistes of Les Gets/ Morzine and to the entire Portes du Soleil area. All standards are provided for from green pistes to the infamous black - the Swiss Wall.

"Your flat is very nice. Everything that is needed is there. It has a personal touch which makes us feel at home. We have really felt like we were at home. It is well situated, close to the center and the shops as well as to the both lifts for both Pleney and Super Morzine. I hope we get the opportunity to rent it again."

We are Helen and Gerard Gent from Farnham in Surrey. We have two sons in their mid-twenties now living in London.

We fell in love with Morzine and our apartment in the summer of 2006. It was our first visit to Morzine and we were based there whilst Gerard and our younger son climbed Mont Blanc. The area's vibrancy and facilities in the summer combined with its well deserved reputation as a great skiing area ticked all the boxes for us. We use the apartment for several weeks both in the summer and winter, as do our sons, extended family and friends.

The apartment is very much a second home for us and we have furnished and equipped it to be a welcoming, comfortable base to return to after a day out on the hills, be that winter or summer. It is bright and sunny, has limitless hot water and a great balcony with direct access on to the communal grounds for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the views. The undercover parking lot is a great bonus, particularly in the winter. When looking for an apartment a peaceful setting was important to us, but so too was proximity to the lifts and village, so the apartment is situated in a quiet spot just a few minutes easy walk away from the centre.

February Half Term Ski Holiday

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, particularly the kitchen. 10mins walk to Pleney lifts and you could ski back to the apartment if you want. We preferred to leave our skis at the hire shop over night as it was easier than struggling with children and skis in the morning.

Would recommend this for a family ski holiday and we would go back again.

Morzine is a great ski resort.

Very good stay.The apartment was excellent well equipped with everything we needed. Skiing to the back door every night was great no need to trudge home in ski boots. Five minutes walk to the pleney and seven to the suoer morzine lifts (thats in boots). Only a short walk to the Ed food store as well and five to ten minutes walking had you anywhere you would like to be in town at night. Eloide in the letting agency was very helpful. We will be returning. The apartment is suitable for many different combinations of visitors. Two couples, young families even a group of five or six if the sofa bed is used.

The traditional Savoyarde village of Morzine offers winter and summer sports and activities appealing to everyone.

Sited in the Portes du Soleil (one of the largest ski and snow boarding areas in Europe,) with snow parks and pistes to suit all levels and numerous restaurants and bars, it's an ideal ski / snow boarding resort for families and groups of all ages.

'Apres ski' can be as lively or quiet as you like. There are traditional restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas and ice skating in the village square or at the Palais du Sports - home of the local 'Pingouins' ice hockey team.

Summer in Morzine means walking, golf, paragliding, canyonning, rock climbing, Mont Blanc ascents, tennis, horse riding, cycling and swimming. Just some of the many activities available - to enjoy either independently or organised with local guides.

Geneva, Lac Leman (with its lakeside towns of Evian and Montreaux), Samoens and the ancient city of Annecy, are all within day-trip driving distance

Notes We organise our lettings with the help of our agent in Morzine, Elodie. Once we agree your reservation it is secure. Elodie will then contact you to complete the formalities and take payments (by credit card or bank transfer). She is available to our visitors if they have any problems or queries during their stay, and can help arrange optional extras - airport transfers, linen hire, cleaning etc.
A 25% deposit is requested on booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 4 weeks before the rental begins.
The local government's tourist tax (1 Euro per person per night) will be collected by our local agent on payment of the balance.
A 600 Euro refundable security deposit is required. This can be made by providing credit card details if preferred.

The bright kitchen is well-equipped with a four ring induction hob, extractor fan, combined microwave/grill/convection oven, washer/dryer, washing-up machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, fridge/freezer, ample pots/pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils etc. The living-room, with its sofas, rug and leather ottoman comfortably sits six and enjoys views and direct access to communal lawns from its balcony.
