Once your rental contract is received,signed by you we will send you a paypal request for the $500. booking deposit. We request 1/2 of the rent be submitted within 10 days of your arrival. Casa Torrey is a Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath (about 2000 sf) Mid Century Modern on Sprawling Private 14,000 lot perched on the Ocean Front in Sunset Cliffs. Master Bedroom opens to the expansive green Yard & Patios, as does the Dining/Kitchen Area. Watch the Seaguls pass against the backdrop of Crashing Waves from your Living Room and Front Yard where you might even see passing Whales!
The famous Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is only a few blocks South, where you can enjoy hiking and exploring while you watch the surfers, some of whom travel long distances to experience this favorite location.
Cook outdoors on the Patio ready with BBQ, Firepit, heatlamp, and Table for 6-8.

To get a taste of San Diego nightlife, visit the Gaslamp District (a 7-10 minute drive) in Downtown San Diego which features hundreds of dining and entertainment options. Famous Balboa Park & the San Diego Zoo are about 20 min from the property.
Airport:We are about 5-10 min to Major Freeways, I-8 & I-5 and about 15 min to the Airport (Linberg Field).

We don't mind small gatherings, up to 30 people. However if you choose to have a small gathering (more than your contract number of people) we do have a usage fee of $350.00. Also, we just ask that you remember this is a family community and we love our neighbors. Thank you!
