Looking for accommodation on the internet is quite daunting especially when its for overseas. However that's until I discover this little gem. Upon my arrival in LA for business and pleasure with my mum and aunt we all felt at home. More importantly the description, location and amenities of the apartment was exactly true to its listing. Helen provided excellent service and will sure be back when in LA.
The apartment exceeded my expectations during a quick trip to LA and the check in process was fast and easy thanks to Helen. The comfy accomodations are just like home. Location is in a quiant and quiet neighborhood outside of the hustle n bustle of the city. Easily accessible to all major freeways. I will definetly be back.
This apartment was perfect for me, my husband and our small dog Emmy. It's just as shown in the photos with no surprises. Clean, bright, and features a full kitchen (love the gas stove) with lots of spices and such for cooking. Bed is very comfortable and there's even a shared patio outside that is relaxing and well kept. Having the park across the street was a real plus for us to exercise the dog. Note that there is a flight of stairs up to the apartment (for those that might have mobility disabilities). Also like the secure garage to park the car. Overall, a great experience.
Came into LA for a week after renting an adorable studio in Santa Barbara. This place had it topped by a mile. Clean, your OWN 1 br. apt., all needed ammenities, the neighbor was delightful. We were allowed to bring our small dog for a small fee. The location is perfect. Great community. Which if any of you are familiar with LA, you'll agree that studio city is adorable. It's tucked away amazingly close to 101 and 170 and is directly across from an off-leash park. I cant say enough great things about it. I would actually move there if they had a two bedroom. Helen was great too! We will be back. I've been referring to it as my 2nd home. :)
p.s. Try the Thai delivery place she recommends. Reasonable and kick ass food!
My parents came to town to meet their new grandson and I needed a place for them to stay. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place than this apartment. The place was just renovated so everything is new, clean in in top shape. Helen was there to greet us and make sure we are all set.
The bedroom and living room were very cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped so my mom used it to make us many meals :)
Helen though about every little detail when she got the place ready and my parents found everything they needed and more. There was even a little flashlight by the bed if you wake up in the middle of the night and a TV with DirectTV if you can't sleep (jetlag).
I definitely recommend this place and know where my parents will stay next time they come for a visit.

14% Lodging taxes apply on all stays less than a month.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL + 2 FORMS OF VALID ID, PRIOR TO PROPERTY ACCESS. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
We require a 25% deposit to secure the reservation, with an additional 25% required 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival we require a 50% and the balance 7 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, M/C, checks, cash and bank wire. If paying by check, the final balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
