Bright,bold, absolutely brilliant, perched on a wide lagoon in High Bar Harbor with panoramic bay views from its many decks, sunny southern exposure, accommodations for a bigger boat, deep water and quick inlet acess. The elegant interior offers a top-level living area with picturesque water views and a wealth of space to gather round the chef du jour. Five bedrooms, five baths and powder room make it so livable. The decor is high-end;attractive and comfortable. Newer home features 4 levels of living space, including roof deck for enjoying the sunsets. Viking kitchen, wet bar, maple hardwood flooring. The beach is a bike ride away or a short car ride, approximately 1 Mile. NO SMOKING,PETS OR LARGE GROUPS. FAMILIES ONLY Please...No more than 10 people. Weekly rentals only.

Perfect family getaway!

Our stay in LBI was perfect and this High Bar Harbor home was everything we hoped it would be. The various decks, all with views of the bay and beautiful evening sunsets along with the hot tub was a huge hit. Having access to a dock for the boat and kayaking simplified our week. The beach was a short drive or bike ride away with lifeguards and few people.
The owners were very accessible and the details listed regarding this house are acurate. The property (both inside and out) was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was top of the line and made cooking a joy. Each bedroom having its own bath was a luxury. We hope to spend another memorable week there again next year!
