Welcome to our home that offers a beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an airy open floor plan with comfortable furnishings. The living area has two sliding doors that open into the large lanai with cozy seating and solar-heated southern exposure pool and spa. The master bedroom and bath is on one side of the house with sliding doors that open to the pool area. The guest bedrooms, one with a queen size and the other with 2 twin beds, offer a full bath also accessible by pool. You can cook in the equipped kitchen or grill out on the lanai and enjoy the poolside bar.

The furnishings include flat screen TV's in the living room, master and queen bedrooms, and in the outdoor bar area. There is access to Netflix, Cable TV, Wireless High speed Internet, and an ipod docking station/stereo/DVD player.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet conveniently located. It is less than 2 miles to Cape Harbour, a yachting community with waterfront restaurants, boutique shops and boat trips and rentals. It is 10 minutes to Cape Coral Beach and fishing pier and just minutes to nearby shopping centers, grocery stores. We have 4 bikes available for our guests to explore the many bike paths in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is on the Gulf of Mexico just 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. It has 400 miles/640 km of navigable freshwater and saltwater canals and is the perfect starting point for many activities. There are plenty of boat trips and rentals opportunities to explore the endless canals, golf courses, and Sunsplash Waterpark for the family to enjoy .

It's about 30 minutes to some of the Top 10 Beaches in the World. Sanibel and Captiva are tropical Islands with sandy white beaches, endless shells, and nature parks. Fort Myers Beach offers adventure with outfitters for jet skiing, parasailing, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, and charter boats for deep-sea fishing. There are also more secluded beaches like Lovers key and Bonita Beach. The area also offers cultural activities, theaters, museums, nature trails as well as shopping at the Miromar Outlets with more than 120 designer discount shops.

You can take the ferry from Fort Myers to enjoy the Florida Keys. Baseball fans can enjoy the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training facilities in Fort Myers. You can take a day or overnight trip to Disney World, South Beach Miami, or the Everglades for an airboat ride to see alligators.

Great stay, beautiful memories

My husband, our 6 year old little girl, our little shih-tzu and I had such an amazing time in Linda & Bob's home. Our stay was in late July, early August 2012. Having never been to Florida's gulf coast, we were so excited for our trip. Everything from the first inquiry to the arranging for our deposit back was so easy. Linda and Carol were so quick to reply and always very courteous and friendly. While the description online was spot on, seeing the home in person far exceeded our expectations. Can't really say there was anything lacking or unsatisfactory about the home. The house was immaculate, nothing dirty or out place. The pool and lanai where to die for - such a refreshing part of those hot Florida days. To this day and in this very cold January month in NJ, we talk about their pool at least once a day. Wish we were there :( Cape Coral was close enough to all kinds of attractions and convenient shopping. Highlight of our trip was spending an entire day in Sanibel & Captiva Islands- what a treat! I would not hesitate to stay in Linda's home again. I have actually already recommended this house and will continue to do so to all my friends and family. Agree with the another reviewer about the friendly neighbors and safety of the area. We had many long walks in the evenings with our daughter and our dog – everyone was super friendly and waved hi. By the end of our 2 week stay, felt like we were leaving “our” home! Thanks Linda for sharing your beautiful home with us. Made for unforgettable memories!

Just Wonderful

This was a family vacation, my 16 yr old daughter, her friend, my 6 yr old son, my mom and step dad stayed in Linda and Bobs home. It was more than the pictures themselves could portray. The neighbors and even the people in the town were very friendly. From Maryland, my dad, step mom, nephews, nieces, two sisters and a family friend stayed at another house about 3 mins away, Carol was wonderful in getting that arranged. Cape Coral has something for everyone to do, from young to old. My brother and his daughter came from Ft Lauderdale for a day and we took the kids go-carting, this place had everything, right off Pine Island Road, from miniature golf, to batting cages. Awesome, awesome and just awesome is all I could say. My family was very impressed with the community and most important the homes we stayed in. In fact, my dad is really considering buying a home in Cape Coral. Thank you Linda, Bob and Carol for such a wonderful family vacation!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!!

The house was just beautiful and in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The pool was great! The outdoor living area is absolutely beautiful (spent alot of time out there). We truely enjoyed our stay and will bring our kids the next time we come, we will be back!
We love the area sooo much we will be vacationing here alot more. In our stay we went to lover's key, ft. myers beach, sanibel, captiva, matlacha, pines island. If you are looking for great places to eat BAYFRONT BISTRO ( ft. myers) DOC FORDS (sanibel) THE JOINT (cape coral) BERTS (matlacha) are all fantastic. We also went on a sunset cruise with ADVENTURES IN PARADISE would recommend them to anyone it was alot of fun.

Amazing experience!

Thank you so very much for making our stay such a joy! The house is everything we could have hoped for. The girls didn't want to leave the pool and several fabulous meals were prepared in your gorgeous kitchen!

Anya's birythday was a great success. What a way to turn 13! We painted coconuts on Matlacha, ate fish in Bookelia, saw dolphins off the Causeway Bridge, went shelling until we were all shelled out on Sanibel and Captiva, and booked a cruise with Capt. Ron Luck of L & L Cruises which was amazing! We had too much fun and our week here in the sun absolutely flew by.

All we can say is when can we come back?!!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We had such a great time in your home! You went above and beyond with your accommodations! The flowers, wine, and chocolates were a great personal touch! We thoroughly enjoyed your outdoor living area. We were out there most of the time! Our most cherished memory of this place was our son learning to swim on his own in your pool!!! What a great experience. The pool gate was such a wonderful thing - allowed us to relax without worrying about our son going for a swim on his own. Again, thank you for a wonderful time and we hope to be back next year!!
