This bedroom is not suitable for young children /there is no internal access: perfect for extra privacy if sharing the villa with friends. Facilities include a gas BBQ/washing machine/sun loungers/some beach toys for children.

You can sit and enjoy a cold drink with your feet in the sand! or Try the Tapas restaurant on the beach! If you can drag yourself away from the private Pool There is also A very enjoyable Aqua Park a short drive away
La Mata village is very Spanish and has all main services, shops, and a popular weekly market. (Wednesdays) plus the largest weekly market in the area on Fridays a bus ride away at Torrevieja. The area is ideal for fishing, swimming, sailing or just relaxing in the sunshine on the magnificent beach. There is a very enjoyable Aqua Park a short drive away. With Several Golf Courses, a drive away there is something for everyone.
Within Walking Distance: PLEASE NOTE: THE VILLA IS VERY LARGE AND BUILT OVER THREE FLOORS. FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE YOU HEAD UP 6 STEPS TO THE MAIN BEDROOM AND TWIN ROOM AND DOWN 5 STEPS TO THE LOUNGE KITCHEN/DINING AREA. THE POOL AND 3RD BEDROOM(WITH ENSUITE) IS LOCATED ON THE LOWER LEVEL. May not be suitable for the elderly ???
Villa Oviedo is about 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is direct access from the private cal-de-sac down paved steps.
Beach ! Supermarkets, Chemist, Banks, Internet Cafe, Markets and Bus service.
There are also many fine Spanish restaurants and other European tastes are also catered for by the Chinese, Italian, Basque, Indian, Austrian restaurants.
Alicante (about 40 min drive away) is well worth a visit with the beautiful Alicante castle and Alicante cobled streets and beautiful harbour.
