This charming, bright studio is located under the main house and has full size windows, open bedroom with full size bed, and an updated bathroom with shower. Amenities include: refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave & coffee maker. Great family location with a playground located across the street and trolley stop just steps away.

EXCELLENT rental experience!

This rental unit worked out extremely well for us...the location cannot be beat (close to beaches, marginal way, restaurants and shoppes, but on a quiet street!) and the unit itself was very clean and nicely appointed. Since we usually rent a larger place, I was a bit concerned about renting a studio apartment but the layout of this place does allow a bit of privacy in the sleeping area. The well-equipped full kitchen was great! Bathroom is a bit small (probably the smallest shower i have ever seen!) but very adequate, clean, and updated. I am not sure a better deal can be found at this price point!
Another very important factor to consider is the professionalism of the owner (Ken Labadini). All correspondence with Mr. Labadini was prompt, courteous, accurate, and professional. I would highly recommend either this property or one of the other units he has listed on this site if you are looking for a vacation rental in the Ogunquit area.
