For dining outdoors, there is a terrace facing east with views over the valley and a very large esplanade of grass. To the rear of the house there is a large 'Horizon' swimming pool (18m x 5m) with 'infinite edge'. This property in its particularly beautiful and tranquile location, is ideal for those seeking peaceful seclusion but not isolation.

There is an adjacent dining room that seats 12 people. Both rooms have sliding glass doors that open into the covered terrace and garden. Fully fitted kitchen top design (fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, microwave) with a dining area that seats 8 people, ideal for breakfast. There is also an outside dining area for 12. A twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m) with en suite bathroom (shower). There is a WC and an ironing room (washing machine).
