This beautiful Village Victorian is centrally located in historic Roxbury. What a great place for large family gatherings.Whether it is for a family reunion, beautiful wedding, or a place to have family stay when having to come from out of town.This 6 bedroom, 1 and 3/4 bath Victorian will welcome you and make you feel like you have gone back in time.There's a beautiful park just a short walk away for that beautiful summer gathering or wedding.There's always something going on here on the streets of Historic Roxbury! Approximately 10 minutes from Plattekill Ski Center, 12 minutes from Hannah Golf Course, 15 minutes to Margaretville, and approximately 25 minutes to Belle Ayre Ski Center. Belle Ayre Ski Center offers live concerts of some of the biggest artist, such as Charlie Daniels, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Clint Black and many more! Antique car shows for those car enthusiasts and craft shows as well. Then just up the road is a lovely beach to relax on those hot summer days!

We also have live music available as well for those family gatherings. Please be aware that this needs to be booked well in advance due too the band's availability. Please inquire for more information and rates.
