This is an awesome apartment

This apartment is a penthouse located on the top floor of the building. It has an excellent view and is a great location. The pictures on the website are accurate but being there is even better! It is very clean, well kept and beautifully decorated. Its bright and roomy with lots of windows. The wrap around balcony with its view makes the place even more special. The apartment is directly across the street from the beach (Praia de Iracema) and is within easy walking distance to Beira Mar, shopping (Ave Tabosa), Dragão do Mar de Arte de Cultura, and centro. There are lots of restaurant along the beach and there is also a grocery store a couple of blocks away making shopping and cooking in the apartment very convenient.
The apartment, being on the top floor, gets the steady trade winds, keeping the apartment airy and fresh.
The owners were friendly and very helpful. We talked with them several times in advance of our stay. They gave us some good information about the city and things to do and/or see.
This was our first time in Fortaleza. Although we have traveled much of Brasil, we were a little uncertain of what to expect here. We were not only very happy with the apartment, but truly had a great time in this city.
