The beautiful beach oriented villa has just undergone some beautiful updates and is very clean and comfortable. Just a 5-6 minute walk to the most beautiful beach on the east coast, this villa's beach access has all the facilities you need to spend the whole day basking in the sun. This home is also just a short walk to Adventure Cove with tons of games and mini-golf for the whole family. This villa is located mid island so that nothing on Hilton Head Island is more than just a few minutes drive away.

Stones Throw villas has a community pool just about 40 feet from this home's front door with lots of lounge chairs for a lazy day at the pool. Your fee comes with a full time property manager to meet your needs while you are visiting.

There are TV's in each bedroom and a large flat screen TV in the living room. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use and an outdoor shower on the front patio for washing off when you get back from the beach.

There are front and back patios with a gas grill on the from patio which has plenty of seating and outdoor carpeting. Free wireless internet and free local and long distance service on the land line for guest use.

Located In Folly Field on Hilton Head Island, the home is just a short walk to a gorgeous beach in one direction and to a restaurant and game room and mini golf attraction. The island area has many golf courses, tennis, fitness centers, two outlet malls, four star restaurants, and many national retailers. Grocery shopping is very economical and there are many choices if you choose to cook in. A one hour drive takes you to beautiful Savannah or Beaufort, both historical cities with beautiful antebellum homes. Two hours takes you to Charleston.
