Bonita Villas is a newly constructed purpose built property. It offers self contained living at exceptional value with spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (master bedroom has ensuite), which is tastefully decorated with a contemporary theme. Up to 6 persons can be easily accommodated. You will enjoy a generous living and dining area which is complimented with a fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. House keeping will be made available once a week. There is a covered patio to the front and large exclusive patio area to the rear for entertaining or relaxing in the afternoon sun. There is exclusive parking to the front.

The Airport is just 15 minutes drive away and regular bus routes to the Capital Bridgetown via Oistins but 1min walk away! The local town Oistins is 5 minutes drive away but If you need grocery provisions or today’s paper local mini marts are but a few minutes walk from your stay. The glorious Silver Sands beach is a 10 minute stroll away where you can soak up the sun in the shimmering Caribbean Sea or adventure in the water sports. For a relaxing afternoon the Barbados Golf Club is 10min drive away. Should you desire more upbeat surroundings then the golden sands of Miami or Welches Beach in the heart of Oistins fishing village is for you. Enjoy........

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates stated are for up to 4 people sleeping for 1 week however the villa can sleep a maximum of 6 persons .
    A charge of £100 per person per week is made should the villa accommodate extra persons.
  • If there are only 2 people staying we are happy to discuss very favourable and competitive rates. Please contact us.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to secure a booking.
    Furthermore a standard breakage/ damage cover charge of £250 is payable with the balance of booking and shall be returned to you in full within 10 days of vacating the property, providing no damage/ breakage is identified and the keys are returned
    Full balance payment will be due 6 weeks before your arrival. In the event of cancellation of more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, a full refund will be returned. A 50% refund will apply if a booking is canceled within 4 weeks of arrival.
