I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental is in the back of the owner's house and above a 2 car garage which made parking easy. The deck has high table with umbrella and 4 chairs where we spent most of time. Saw dolphins while drinking coffee. The house in front was a buffer between us and very busy boardwalk. The house was charmingly decorated. Owners were not home in the front house at time so we felt like we had lots of privacy. There was a charcoal BBQ grill in our downstairs patio. There was a propane one up front but not sure if we were allowed to use. We did not cook many dinners at home. Not a lot of counter space, no large mixing bowls/serving bowls or dishwasher. Garage had 2 bikes, one had lock on but no combination; again did not know if we were allowed to use. We brought our own bikes and parked in garage. There was a pump as well as full size washer and dryer in garage. We were family of 3 and definitely would come back.

We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at the beach, Martina. We have made notes about the mixing and serving bowls in the kitchen, it should be outfitted with all the essentials. We typically tell owners to lock up their personal items, like bikes, for liability reasons so we do suggest that you rent your own bikes.
