Come stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront lower level duplex! Located on the sand between 46th and 47th street, this downstairs unit is walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store, the Newport Pier and bike rentals. This property features a spacious private outdoor patio, updated furnishings, brand new Travertine floors, washer and dryer, new bedding, fire pit and gorgeous ocean and sunset views!

The living room has 2 couches, coffee table, fireplace, 1 armchair, flat screen TV and phenomenal ocean views! There is a new dining room table that seats 4 with 3 additional seats up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The patio has a table that seats 4, fire pit and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! The beach volleyball courts are right in front of the house, perfect for playing or watching a game!

The master suite has a king bed, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. It also has a nice adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom has 1 full bed with new bedding and decor. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom between the second and third bedroom with nice countertops and walk-in shower. There is a queen futon/sofa sleeper in the livingroom.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit and 1 parking spot in the garage.

We rented this beach house because of its location to a good beach for young children and the number of rooms it had for our family of 24. The beach and home location were perfect. It would have been nice to have more updated bathrooms and electrical wiring. Some outlets were dead and the bedrooms needed brighter lighting. The he washers were mildewed so our daughters had to clean them with chlorox first. There needs to be a cupboard clean out with have nicer brooms and clean up items. Other than that, we loved it immensely!

This rental is in an excellent location. It has lots of room so it easily slept our large family of adults and college kids. GREAT location which cannot be beat. The house itself is a little run down but I have found that is typical with these beach rentals. The house had everything we needed. Some TLC would do it wonders but did not effect our stay. We would stay there again. especially because of the location and all the space for sleeping - Burr White is excellent and I use them every time I stay in Newport.
