4BD/2.5BA bayside single family home. Nicely furnished w/ large patio with bay views. 2 living rooms, direct line gas BBQ and laundry room. WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. 3 car garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

This cute bayside single family home is located between Newport and Balboa Pier. It is nicely furnished and has a great patio with bay views. It features a spacious patio, 3 car garage, direct gas line BBQ and 2 living rooms.

There is a half bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and futon that converts to a double bed. There is an adjoining bathroom with a walk–in shower and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen and chair and an ottoman. The third bedroom has 2 single twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom and twin on top) with an additional single double bed. There is a full bathroom located between the second and third bedrooms.

There are two living rooms. One is located in the front of the house with two comfortable couches and a table that seats four. There is a fireplace and a view of the bay through the wrap around windows. The second living room is located towards the back of the house. It has two couches, coffee table, flat screen TV and a sliding glass door to the back patio where the gas line BBQ is. The dining room is next to the kitchen which has a table that seats six. The kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher, dual sink, microwave and oven. There are some bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.

The front patio has two wicker chairs with a side table and a bigger table that seats four. There are great bay views and a small beach located across the street.

There is a private washer and dryer located in the house and a 3 car garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

It was too far from the fun zone and ferry for us. we like to walk down to the fun zone a couple times a day or over to Balboa Island and weren't really able to do that. But the property was very nice and clean and as always Burr White was Great! We are
looking to rent again next year in July either Alvarado or on the Island... Thank you
