Adorable 2BD/2BA bath beach bungalow located 9 houses from sand! Large sun porch & outdoor patio with BBQ. Spacious living and dining area. Brand new furnishings and mattresses. WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. 1 parking spot in garage.

This cute 2 bedroom/2 bathroom single family beach cottage is just a couple of houses away from the beach! It features a sun room, outdoor patio, new furniture, hardwood floors and a garage.

The living room is airy and comfortable with a couch, flat screen TV, two arm chairs and an ottoman on one side and an L-shaped couch and side table on the other. The dining room has a beautiful bench-style table that seats six along with storage for cups, plates and wine glasses. The kitchen has a dual sink, oven stove top, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and cute breakfast nook for eating.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single twins. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub-shower.

The front sun room has a ceiling fan, couch and 2 arm chairs with a coffee table, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor patio has a table that seats four and a charcoal BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends. This home is walking distance to the beach, grocery store, shops and local restaurants.

There is a Laundromat across the street for doing laundry, no washer and dryer onsite. There is parking for one car in the garage and extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
