Beautiful 3BD/2BA lower unit of duplex with great views of the ocean and Newport pier. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Potterybarn furnishings! WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. W/D and 1 parking spot in the shared garage.

Soak up the sun at this beautiful lower 3 bedroom beach duplex! This newly renovated unit is located between 31st & 32nd street and is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Newport Pier and bike rentals. This home features a private patio, updated furnishings, nice tile floors and gorgeous ocean views!

The living room has a sofa, coffee table, fireplace, 2 chairs and a TV. There are 4 barstools up at the kitchen breakfast bar for eating. The kitchen has nice granite countertops, dishwasher, built in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The patio has a table that seats four, umbrella and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

The master suite has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single twin beds. There is another bathroom between the second and third bedroom.

There is a washer and dryer and one parking spot in the garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

The property is well maintained. It easily fit our family of 4. We had a full size car, as did the upstairs tenant and neither wanted to try to fit both in the garage. The turn is too tight. Burr White was very professional and easy to deal with. The one issue I had was that the keys were not in the drop box when I arrived on Sunday.

Burr White Realty was very friendly, responsive,and professional. The house was beautiful, however I don't think the owner of the property is getting their monies worth on the cleaning prior to stay. The house cleaning looked like it was done very fast, with some areas missed. But we had a great stay. Thank You
