Adorable 2 story 2BD/2BA home located 1 house from the beach! New hardwood floors with terrific ocean views from the living & dining room. Great upper & lower patio with a BBQ. WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. 2 car parking in garage with extra storage.

This adorable 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom beach cottage is perfect for a vacation! Located just one house from the beach, it's walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and you can see the ocean from the living room! This home features a 2 car garage, flat screen TV’s and brand new hardwood floors.

There is 1 bedroom that has 2 single twin beds and 1 bathroom located downstairs. The entrance to the downstairs bedroom is through the garage. If you walk up the outside stairs, you enter the main living room, kitchen and master bedroom that has a king bed. The living room has 2 couches and a massage chair. There is a brand new flat screen TV that is above the fireplace. If you sit on the couch closest to the fireplace, you have a view of the ocean!

The dining room has a table that seats 4 and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and oven range. There is no dishwasher, but has a drying rack, making it easy to place washed dishes in.

The master bedroom has brand new bedding with a beautiful mounted flat screen TV. There is a closet that has space for shoes, clothes and other belongings. The bathroom has a tub and a vanity with brand new flooring.

There is a small deck upstairs with a small table with 4 chairs where you can watch the sunrises and sunsets. Downstairs there is a spacious patio with a table that seats 5 and a charcoal BBQ.

There is a washer and dryer, parking for 2 cars in the garage and extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
