Brand new 5BD/4.5BA single-family oceanfront home located on boardwalk. Private interior courtyard, oceanfront patio & gas BBQ. Beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen, fireplaces, elevator, flat screen TVs. WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. 4 parking spots.

Located on the boardwalk between 10th and 11th street, 1028 West Ocean Front represents beach relaxation at its finest. This newly constructed, 5 Bedroom/4.5 Bathroom single family home is the definition of luxury. It features a gorgeous front patio, spacious inner courtyard, private laundry room, flat screen TV’s and a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen.

The ground floor has two full bathrooms and one bedroom, queen. The second floor has four full bathrooms and four bedrooms, one king (master), one queen, one with two single twins and one with two sets of twin bunk beds.

The queen bedroom located downstairs has a private bathroom and has a sliding glass door that leads to the interior courtyard. The master suite is located on the Oceanside of the house that has an adjoining private seating room with a cozy fireplace and balcony. It also has a luxurious bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub, two marble vanities and separate waterfall shower. The queen bedroom located upstairs features a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard and a private bathroom. The other two upstairs bedrooms are designed for children, with a secret ‘Kid’s Only!’ hideaway room. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

The spacious downstairs living room has two comfortable couches that face a flat screen TV on one side. The opposite side has another two couches and coffee table that are next to a fireplace, which makes the living room perfect for a family and friend gathering. There is a sliding glass door that leads out of the living room into the inner courtyard that has two couches, coffee table and a separate table with chairs that seat four. The outdoor patio located on the boardwalk has two oversized chairs with ottomans.

The dining room has a round table that seats six and a kitchen counter breakfast bar that has four stools. The kitchen is airy and bright, with an oversized refrigerator, perfect for storing a lot of food. There are brand new white marble countertops with a gourmet Viking range.

This stunning home provides an easy walk to shops, restaurants, Balboa Island, and the Balboa Pier. There is a 3 car garage with extra space to store bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

We had a GREAT family reunion with children and grandchildren (all adults!) from North Carolina, Utah and California. Much better than a 5 star hotel for that purpose. A lot of visiting (and eating) in the kitchen. Great location.

not real user friendly for the kids, and too maney restrictions, sand on the floor!! (it's on a beach) and counter top concerns. Also,with no screens on the doors or windows in order to enjoy the nice breeze we had to put up with flies everywhere not fun!! nice place if you don't have small children.
