This beatiful villa, 3 bedroom villa (130 sq/m + independent studio, 1500sq/m of land) will comfortably sleep up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and a detached studio. It is conveniently situated in the charming village of Opio, 25min drive from Nice airport, and 25min from the sandy beaches of Antibes and Cannes. The newly renovated villa is on 1 level with a very comfortable living space, a lovely garden, 3 outdoors terraces, and a private pool. Garden includes a 4x8m swimming pool, a number of sitting corners, play area for children, and a barbeque. The villa is based in a very calm area. The south facing terrace and garden include a dinning table and a barbeque, a beautiful lawn, swings, trampoline, slide, and a tree house. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful lawn with oak trees, with a comfortable covered terrace overlooking. A supermarket, bakery, chemist and restaurants can be found only a few minutes away. The area includes a wide range of attractions, including beautiful towns.
